Get proper ventilation
During our attic inspections we will not only be looking for urine soaked insulation and excrement in the attic. We'll also make sure the attic is properly ventilated. One of the things that we look for in our attic inspection is to make sure your bathroom exhaust fans are properly vented to the outside. 50% of the bathrooms exhaust fans that we inspect just dump directly into the attic which can cause a major mold problem.
